apply for Spouse visa inside the uk

Hello everybody,

I am on a fiancÃ© visa, i got married in the uk and i have got 2months left in my visa, i got an appointment to apply for my spouse visa in person and i paid the fee which is Â£800.We have got a daughter who is 2 years, my wife works part time 22 hours per week, she earns Â£460 per month, she doesnt get the child benefict since we got married in February, i would like to know if its fine if i apply with her bank statements stating that she had more than Â£1000 in her bank statements in ,october, november,december and january but she just have Â£460 in february and March.i also work as a an overseas representative of an english school, and the school sent me a letter to prove that i get 20% commission from them which usually between Â£450 and Â£600, and they paid me 4 times in my wife's bank account because i am not allowed to have a bank account yet with the fiancÃ© visa.i got money from m them Â£1600, and i brought with me from my country Â£1700, my family sent me from france Â£1400.

Please i would like to know if our financial situation is fine if i apply for the spouse visa?

Please i am going to apply this week.

I will appreciate it if you give me some information about this issue please?

Not an expert in the matter, the following is based on my limited understanding of the matter:

After deducting housing costs such as rent/mortgage and Council Tax, the sponsor income be at least Â£102.75 per week for a couple ( add Â£57.57 per week for every dependant child included in the application). The sponsor (British citizen / settled person) can use allowances from public funds that he/she is entitled to, along with income from employment / self-employment to pass the "finance test".

For applications submitted after 06-Apr, I believe these (respective) amounts will increase to Â£105.95 and Â£62.33.

AIUI, your (i.e. - person applying for leave) income cannot be taken into account to meet the finance test, but am not sure.

Wait for others to confirm my opinion / correct me.

My wife gets 460 pound per month, and we are living in her father's house for free untill we can find our own home, he made me an invitation letter certified by a lawyer and gave me the teenancy agreement.
What do you think about that please?

From what I have read you're not supposed to work on a fiance visa, http://www.workpermit.com/uk/fiance.htm its only after you have a marriage visa that you can work.

My work is based overseas in Morocco, im not working in the uk now because im not allowed to.

Adilos21; what information did you take with you and how long did it take for them to give you an answer?

I am a student living in the UK for almost 7 years, my fiance and I met at Uni, and we have been together for almost 5 years. We plan to get married in the summer.
I am currently on a PWS visa which runs out Sept 2012.

Would it be easier to apply for the spouse visa in person or post the application?
