Hi,
I have recently found out that it is extremely difficult to get a Shengen visa from the German Consulate in London valid for 6 month mutlple entry touriost visa.
My passport holds alot of stamps to germany, and I am now planning to apply for a business visa. I am a freelance graphic deisgner in London and am a director of my limited company. The german business visa requires a letter from my employer - since I freelance, I am guessing it would be fine to write my own letter. Are there any other documents I should take with me to be sure.
Also, I am worried they will question why am only applying for a business visa now, but have been travelling to germany on a tourist visa. I have not conducted any business to date, but things will change as I have a good network of people there.
I also want to know if anyone has applied for a business visa through the german consulate in London, and if there were any problems, or any advice...
I am South African with an Ancestry Visa. I reside in London, and conduct all my business here.
Any advice/suggestions welcome
Cheers
