My spouse visa is refused under paragraph 320(11) because I have significantly contrived to frustrate the immigration rules. I was overstayer for 3 years and failed asylum seeker. I returned voluntarily on my own expense. I have some Home office file which may argue that I was not overstayer and several documents between my MP and Immigration Minister. I got COA and married in UK. I worked and paid tax.
I have right to appeal. So, I am planning to do paper appeal.
Is there anybody who succeeded by appealing personally using paper appeal (not Oral Hearing through representative)? I don't want my wife to go through lots of hassle as she is single mother of 5 years old daughter (both British) with working in two places to meet the financial requirements for my application.
I only have 20 days left now and time is running out.
Anybody with your expertise, please do advice me. I appreciate your kind advice.
