Your application will be refused for for flooding immigrationboards with countless threads and making no effort on your part to read/search the forums.

preiod - 9/1/11 - 9/4/11 = 0

 Arrears owed prior to 9/1/11 = 2.40 ( which i paid online)
How many days did it take UTR to reach you after your application?
