Child entry clearance (Pakistan)

Post by ahmedx » Mon Mar 21, 2011 9:16 am

Hello and good morning every one,

apologizes if i have posed this in the wrong place.

basically i put a post up on here about my uncles wifes visa which went to appeal and has now been allowed and she has got her entry clearance.

however they have a baby daughter who is just over one years old, just wondering if any one had any advice guidance as to how to gain entry clearance for the daughter, so far they have gone to the British high commission in Islamabad who have said a a form need to be filled in and submitted with the fee and it can take anything from 6 weeks to 6 month.

If your uncle is British, then his (non-British?) child may apply for a child settlement visa.
