national fee will increase again in 04/2011?

I try to make appointment with NCS in London and Cambridge, both them said the naturalization application fee (not nationality checking service fee) likely to increase again in April 2011 (but they said they cannot confirm at the moment). Is that true? I visited Home Office website there is no any such news. Will Home Office announce the increase just one day before it go to effect?
