Changing the college

I want to ask that if someone has visa for whole of duration of course and
he wants to change the college after completion of the foundation of
BBA.
He now want to do Hnd after foundation of BBa in different colleg because it will have low fees than BBA. What requirements he has to satisfied for changing the college.
How early he can apply in another colleg as all courses are noe starting in Sep.

Whether he has to give his passprt again to the UKBA or just need to inform them further how much maintenace funds has to show,if it has to again.

please tell this also that what are the chances of getting the visa again in case of changind the college and what will hapen if they donot grant the visa for new college. will it be possibe to go back to last college and continue with studies?
