Regarding Appeal received or not ??

I have send my appeal documents in this address:

"Asylum and Immigration Tribunal
PO Box 7866
Loughborough LE11 2 XZ
United Kingdom" through DHL Service.

I have mailed to the "customer.service@tribunals.gsi.gov.uk " regarding my appeal whether they received my appeal documents or not?...Today i got mail from "customer.service@tribunals.gsi.gov.uk" saying "According to our systems we still do not have a current record of your appeal details on our database.

My question is....
1.Q: why AIT can't get my appeal documents ?
2. Is my appeal address wrong?
3.im in worry has my appeal lost ?

Are you appealing from outside the UK?
