Please help!! wifes spouse/settlement visa major worries!!

Post by flip » Fri Jun 23, 2006 1:33 pm

i am very worried about my wife visa application, everything was perfect and would be a bit of a no brainer for the visa people with all the supporting evidence being perfect. The problem is that around the time of our marriage (end of may) i lost my job so all the payslips going back 6month plus and p60 i think are usless. i have not signed on the dole and therefore im not claiming any public funds and i have just signed up to an employment agency that sends you on various jobs for day to day. as yet i have not had a payslip from them! but i do have a contract which i have forwarded to my wife.
do you think this is enough to satisfy the immigration officer? between us we have proof of savings to the region of £15,000 so maybe this is enough evidence?
