Documents Confirmation for Tier 1 General. Please reply.

Hello Everyone,

I work as a freelancer and I have been paid on various projects but the companies did not deduct my TDS they gave me a payment in full. By Cheque or NEFT Transfer.
But as 15th March 2011 was the last date to pay the Advance Tax on the earnings made in India.
I have paid Advance tax for the amount what I am liable for already on the same date. Received a receipt online as I paid it online and got it stamped from the bank for the same.

Is this ok.
I have an accountant's letter for the same mentioning my earning from the duration
Gross Income
Net Income
Expenses
Tax Paid (In Advance)

But as mentioned above no TDS is deducted but Tax is paid.

I have my Projects agreements from all the projects from companies for whom I provided my services, Invoice of mine stamped by each company, their acknowledgment that they received my invoice and they have paid with cheque or by NEFT transfer, My acknowledgment to the company that the payment is received and thanking them for the same. ALL these respective documents mentioned are signed and stamped by all respective companies.

1. Sending Bank statements for the duration,
2. Accountants letter,
3. Agreement with companies,
4. Invoice raised, (Myself to Company)
5. Invoice received and paid (Company to Myself)
6. Payment Received (Myself to Company)

All documents from the company are signed and stamped and are on the companies letter head, mentioning the date of project start, end and fee.

And so are the invoices correctly dated, I made the companies stamp and sign on the above documents 3, 4, 5, 6.

Age: I am giving my passport.

Qualification: UK degree Masters.

Earnings: All Indian earnings by physically being present in India for the duration from 1st October 2010 till 19th March 2011.

UK experience: Though I have worked in UK for more than a year full time but I resigned from my job in June 2010. I still intend to claim through my UK Education Degree that is my MBA Degree. (Is that fine)

English Language: Letter from University stating the requirements and taught course was in English. And original transcript and original university certificate.

Maintenance Funds: Bank statements from India (Axis Bank) Stating that I hold funds from 23rd December till 26 March which were equivalent and never below 1500 UK Pounds. (I only need to show 800 Pounds). I even have more than the desired amount in my UK bank Account but I have 1 statement missing for the duration.

Everything according to me is just right.

I am going to fill the application form now if need any assistance will post for the queries will be great to receive any any any any advice or suggestions for the above mentioned application please.

Sorry this is a very long post but every assistance and view will be appreciate.
