Husband's name not printed on spousal visa

Hello,
First time posting here.
I received a spousal visa in August 2009 and have been living in the UK since. Starting to get things in order to apply for ILR and have just now realized that my husband's name was not printed on my spousal visa. It says 'Spouse/CP of' and then there's just a blank space. I'm very concerned that this will complicate my ILR application and I'm having a very hard time finding a definitive answer on this. Has this happened to anyone, or does anyone have a guess/opinion?
