Name Not Fitting in the Space Provided

Hi,

My sons first name needs three more boxes (or squares) than provided on the application form( Page 8 of Tier One Main Application form)

Basically it is a lengthy one which does not fit in the space (or boxes ) provided in the application form.

Would it be all-right to squeeze two letters in a box etc..?

Kindly let me know what you think should be done about this.
