Tier 1 (Gen) Dependent application query

Hi,

I am applying for my wife and my son as Tier 1 (Gen) Dependent. My Bank statement is from my joint savings account and has both of our names (mine and my wife's name).

I need help on answering below section from PBS Tier 1 (Gen) application
SECTION 5 - CONSENT TO BE GIVEN TO UKBA BEFORE REQUESTS FOR VERIFICATION ARE SENT TO THE BANK

There are 3 options in this section.
From the applicant :
OR
If the account with the bank or utility company is in the joint names of the applicant and other people, each of those others should sign the following declaration :
OR
If the account with the bank or utility company relates to another person who is to provide the applicant with financial support, that person* should sign the following declaration :

Which of the above should I use for my wife's application and which is for my son's application?

you are supposed to be on Tier 1.Cant you understand simple english.What part of the option you have problem with.If in doubt seek professional advice.
