He may travel. But, if and when the appeal is upheld and BHC asks for his passport, he will have to submit the passport at BHC where the entry clearance application was submitted. He cannot request for the passport to be stamped in UK.successatlast wrote:1) He is on valid Tier 1 Visa till June 2011.He is appealing against the decision next week. Can he travel on his valid visa or would it be advisable for him to wait for appeal.
May be. But this wouldn't be a problem.successatlast wrote:2) Can he be questioned for his visa refusal
It is always better to send appeal papers in a manner that you receive a confirmation of delivery (just in case you need to prove some day that you had indeed submitted an appeal).successatlast wrote:3) He is planning to submit the appeal personally at BHC but was advised that he will not receive any acknowledgement. Is it necessary to submit documents by courier. Can someone help.
