Services delivery to EU companies

Hi all,
we are Bulgarian company working in telecommunication and IT services.
We would have contrancts with EU company to provide to them services.
What should we do to obtain permition for work in diferent (France, Belgium, Holand, Germany, Spain etc.) sites.
