I am a Tier 1 (general) visa holder and will extend visa after two months. My daughter (3 years old) came to UK with my mum last month, both them holding a 6-month visitor visa (still four months valid). My mum will back the home soon but I would like to let my daughter stay with me in the UK.

My question is whether I can apply the Tier 1 dependant visa for my daughter with my extension application inside of UK after two month. If so, anybody can provide some more details about it?

No.

Requires entry clearance from outside the UK.
