Tier 1 timing

I submitted my tier 1 application on 28th march and it was received by ukba on 29th march. i confirmed it from royal mail tracker. I have not yet received any acknowledgement letter. my payment was debited on 5th of april. i am little bit worried. if any one knows when will i receive acknowledgement letter?????

What payment method did u use?

i used visa debit card.payment was taken from my account on 5th april
