Spouse visa from India processing time

Dear All,
I need some feedback on processing time for spouse visa application from India.
I' ve applied on 14/03, i have 2 Q
1. Will i get an email asking if i have applied for spouse visa (as i have mentioned my email id in my spouse visa app and it was written that they will contact me to verify the application). till now i haven’t got any email.
2. my employer didnt get reference call yet.

do you know how long will the processing take

Every application is decided on its own merits, and therefore no one, other than the caseworker, can tell you how many days it may take.
