Visa status for the Newborn

Post by KV » Mon Jul 03, 2006 8:28 pm

Dear All,

This question might have been answered before. But could anyone tell me how do I get the visa stamped on my new born's passport?

I am an Indian National so I take that I need to apply for his Indian passport first. Once I get that, how do I apply for his FLR (assuming that he gets the same status as his parents)?

Also, does he have to complete 4 years on his own before he gets his PR?

Would appreciate your help.

Regards,

KV

To bring the new born in line you complete the FLR(O) form, you will need to get the passport first. If you plan to apply for an extension any time soon then you can save the money and include them on that.
