Hi There,

I was a student involved in a crime and then left out of jail. When I applied for leave to remain in UK in August 2007 my application was refused because I did not mention about the crime and there fore used deception in order to obtain leave to remain in the UK as a student

Although I was issued a notice of removal from UK but I left the UK VOLUNTARILY and was not deported or removed.

Now my question is do I face 1 year ban , 5 years or 10 years, I want to come back to UK in order to complete my studies.
