Dependent Visa HSMP Extension

Me my wife and son got HSMP visa on 12 october 2005 i was the principle applicant.I moved to UK on 21 October 2005.while my wife who was pregnent therefore she remain in my country with my son.

now she have newborn baby and decided to move permanently to UK.she and my first son had left HSMP dependent visa for 3 months but newborn do't have any visa...

I am working for last 7 months and have good savings to support them

Please advise me what should we do........

1.Apply for visa in my country embassy for only newborn baby and then together for HSMP extension (Home office UK)



2.i should apply for HSMP extension and after getting that extension my dependents apply in my country Embassy

apply for the extension first, it will save you a lot of headache and money

Thank your time now should i mention allthis while applying to HSMP extension and secondly do i need to fill my dependents details in FLR form when applying for extension(they are not in UK)...

I'm not 100% on this but I have heard that you can bring your dependants into the UK as visitors then include them on your extension application. You might want to check if you're allowed to do that.
