How many days in 5 years for ILR out side UK,180 days or 225

Dear Sushmehta i got its 180 days,please also highlight sometime we travel from here on same date and reached somewhere on same date,so the date we left uk and arriving is same,so where that days count?Inside uk or outside,same when U come back,Plz highlight.
