Criminal threshold -- could you help

Post by lonelygoat » Fri Apr 15, 2011 3:46 pm

I live in Scotland. In 2007, I had a dispute with my flatmate and she went to the nearest police station and reported me for rape. I was then taken to the police station in the midnight and interviewed. I'm innocent and was released after I explained everything to the police officers, they didn't charge me and let me go home. All I'm worried about is I was taken a photo before interview but they didn't check my passport and other identities. Will this affect my ILR application and do I need to disclose the incident in the application form?

Many thanks for your help

So, no need to worry ... and nothing to declare (when you were not charged for an offence, what do you wish to declare?).
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
