tier1 general dependant urgent please

Hi,
i am in uk for about 4 years now, first on student visa then post study work.
now i got tier1 general in march 2010.
i am getting married in may 2011. my partner is in india right now.
i got the job just last month. can any one please let me know what all the documents required for me to show so that my partner can join me in uk.
and please tell me that how much maintainace funds i have to show to get visa. the other thing i my uk account i have got only 800 pounds in my account but, i got a joint account with my parents in india, where i got some funds in there like from about more than 2 years like about 60thousand indian rupees,
even if they are not enough to show funds can i show my partners account statements . i mean can i show these many different bank account statements, and i heard i have to show that 6 months bank statements, but i can get only 2 payslips by the time i am going to apply, what i can do for this,
please any one help me regarding this, i didnt did job because of my health problem.
please some one let me know the documents check list.
and is it ok if i get any letter from my employer signed and stamped, that i am doing job.
please some one help me out about this.....

Hi Bhavana,u need the following documents
1)Recent payslips(could be 2 or 3)whatever you have
2)Bank statement(UK Bank Account & Indian Bank Account) & if possible his bank account with good balance->This is only to prove that your family can survive easily in the UK
3)Employee confirmation letter from your Employer
4)Covering Letter(U can explain your health problems and if possible get some documents from either a private hospital or NHS)

I say not to get in hurry as we are seeing lot of tier 1 Dependant visa getting rejected even with right documents and good maintainance funds.

Better get the payslips and bank statements for more than 3 months and maintain enough funds in your account.
