ILR - Payslips

Post by deepu_0158 » Tue Apr 19, 2011 10:43 am

Dear All,

As I am preparing my documentation to apply for ILR , I realized that the address in my P60 and last few payslips reflected my old address(I moved to a new house), the HR dint update the records.

Will this be a problem for applying ILR, how do I rectify this error.
Can the company update to the new address and give new P60 and those few payslips with the new address on, is there any other way to sort out this issue.

Please Help, I am really worried a lot

Thanks in Advance

I don't see any issue here. The P60 is primarily an income proof and it will have your NI number in it. So UKBA can ascertain your earning. With regards to address proof / cohabitation I am sure you will have other documents.
