COA for Marriage! Are they going return our documents???

we've recently applied for Certificate of Approval for Marriage, after 1 week i read on the UKBA website that the scheme will end on 9 May 2011, and the UKBA states on the website in COA section that if you plan to marry in Summer then, No need to apply for COA...??? we are also planning to marry in this summer, this makes me more worried bcoz we've just applied for ours...so shall i withdraw my application or wait till 9th of May 2011, after this date are they going to return our documents??? or shall i ask them to return it now ???
