Permanent residency counting 5 years

Guys if you have been living on EUfam card for 4 years and 11 months. Can you send the EU3 form for PR?

The reason I asked is because there is a 1 month approx gap in my stamps.So, either i wait for a month or send it now

you can apply 6 months before the expiry of your current stamp 4. in other words you are late, you should have applied for the PR atleast 5 months ago and you would have decision by now.

When did you get married, and was it in Ireland?

Your 5 years begins from then, if you were both in Ireland. Or 5 years from when you both arrived in Ireland as a married couple.

The 5 years never has anything to do with when the 4EUFam card happens to have been issued.

hi ,
i applied for an naturalisation application now i am thinking to apply for a permanant residency also.can any 1 please tell me can i apply the naturalisation application for ireland citizenchip and also an ireland permanent residency all together in the same year...will permanent residency status effect the citizenship application in future.....or not.....

well, we have been living together for 6 years to date.
However, we have been married for 5 years now today.

But I was reading the inis website it says

during the time you are student, you wont count that to cover 60 months of residency.

so, i was a student and then after getting married my stamp was changed.

Happy anniversary knapps! I suspect it means you have Permanent Residency as of today!

Do you have a link to where it says being a student does not count to your 60 months required for PR as the spouse of an EU citizen? I suspect it is unclearly written or you are misreading it.
