Chartered Accountant letter

Hi,

I want to apply for Tier1 extension afew months later. My accountant is a member of FCCA and not ACCA. I asked him and he said FCCA is something higher than ACCA. However in guidance policy they dont mentined FCCA. Is there anybody knows anything about it? Can you please help me wheather or not a letter from FCCA accountants are accepted or should I change my Accountant???
