I m very confused. My wife is saying everything is fine and i dnt need to pay any tax until i earn 6470 pound. she started her first job of her life this January.

Does she stil need to pay tax under 647L code?

I've no idea. What I'm saying is that at least her employer has issued her a tax code which means she is registered with the HMRC (tax office). If tax is payable the employer will deduct this.

Hello,

My wife told me today that she has got her first P60. Is there any way we can inform ECO about this P60 or can we resubmit it? It can satisfy him more abt this job..
