Dependant Visa - Divorce history

Hi

I recently divorced ex-husband and married again with my husband, who has the Tier 1 Visa, and I need to apply for the dependant visa to join him in UK.

I previsouly stayed in UK with Dependant visa under my ex-husband's student visa, and now I'm concerned, if this may affect prospect of getting the dependant visa.

When I make a dependant visa application under my husband's Tier 1 (General) visa, do I need to explain that my previous marriage has ended, and submit the divorce certificate with my visa application?

If I were you, I would do that .... and use section 8.1 of the VAF10 application to provide this information.
