I married with irish citizen. i am non Eu. I got stamp 4 for 1 year, is that Eu Fam stamp 4 or just stamp4. And if i visit to uk r belfast along with my wife do i need visa, and if yes wot type of visa shall i apply, and is it free for me?

Stamp 4 (irish spouse) is different to Stamp 4EUFAM (european spouse). You can travel to EU without a visa on Stamp 4EUFAM with your spouse or to join spouse, but stamp 4 (irish spouse) does not give you this benefit. Having said that if you are applying visas for the UK/EU and are traveling with your Irish spouse it will be free of cost.

Mostly, spouses of Irish citizens will NOT have a 4EUFam. They will only have that if they lived with their spouse in another EU country, e.g. UK or Germany, and then moved to Ireland.

If you come from a visa-requiring country, and want to travel to the UK (including Northern Ireland) along with your spouse, then you need to get a EEA Family Permit. It is good for 6 months, and you can use it as often as you want.

You could go to Belfast for shopping each weekend... But again it is important that you are traveling with your EU (in this case Irish) spouse.
