Need Help regarding my visa extension

Hello All,

I am about to attend my biometric, how long it takes to get my passport and visa once the biometrics done. Coz i am in a strange situation as my wedding is on May 27th and my tickets are booked for 19th May. Is there any way that i could speak with someone in the embassy and fasten my visa process or any other process for the quick visa extension..

You applied from within the UK isnt it, you could have attended premium service which aims to process your applicaiton same day as UKBA is concerend

"If you are applying by post or courier, we aim to finish processing your application between 4 and 14 weeks after the date when you enrol your biometric information.

This timescale is a guideline only, and some cases may take longer to consider.

Our service standards set out how quickly we aim to decide applications to study in the UK. The service standard is that we will decide 75 per cent of postal applications within 4 weeks."

You cannot do anything to fasten the process!

do you know how long it takes to get my passport if i withdraw the application? I wanted to apply in person once i receive my passport..

Before you withdraw, please check whether you can get an appointment for applying in person as usually they are away long..!!
