Switch from Tier 1 (PSW) to Tier 1 (General)

Is it possible to switch from Tier 1 (PSW) to Tier 1 (General) if points are met and for in-country application?

you could have applied until 06 April 2011. apply . But Tier 1 general for initial application has been closed on 06 April 2011. Please look at www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk. for further.
