Tier 1 extension as Self Employed and Fulltime Job for earn.

Post by cruzez » Tue May 03, 2011 11:40 am

Hi there I desperately need some advise :

My Situation

I need to prove £29000 and I have £30,200 to this date
My earning are:

Company 1: Part time £7000 niteshift odd job did for about 6 months
Self Employed: £6000, I worked here too while doing odd job. I basically gave some training to Software professionals and tution to GCSC students. I collected cash from them and deposited into my account time to time.

Company 2 £8200 Full time[permanent]

Company 3: Recently got the job for £41,000/annum Full time.
so far I earned here £9000[permanent]

Now accountant [FICS certified] has calculated all the earnings and issued certificate that I earned £30,200.. He used my Payslips and Bank statements details. For self employment he used my bank statements.

Now my worry: Regarding self employment, what's the best way to handle this? I only have Accountant certificate and Bank statements to prove.
I didn't take any student details or made any proper receipts [mistake made]. Some of my friends told I should need invoice and full students details that i did teaching. I have visa appointment on thursday, dont know what to do.. Can anybody help me please...

I am not going through any agency or solicitor either..

Invoices or receipts are must with bank statement and accountant letter, you could seriously be in trouble if you do not provide them. There is no solution, you just have to provide them, simple is that.

Otherwise anybody can put money in bank account and get a letter from accountant to qualify for T1G.

I have receipt signed by candidates.
The receipt[printout] include what has been taught. Candidate name and signature and date.

At that time I thought thats enough, i didnt realise i supposed to take their full details. There about 15 students. Getting hold of everyone seems impossible right now :(

Can I apply using these receipts

Address of customer must be on receipt/invoice. Else it is not verifiable.

It is an applicant's responsiblity to include as much information so reciepts can be verifed by HO. In case if HO can't verify, then those earnings will not be accepted by HO.

Do these contact details have to be on the receipt or applicant can just provide the list of contact details on a separate sheet or on application form??
Goodluck.

I think its better if they are on receipts because it make things easy for caseworker to check verify and corroborate... but you can also provide them on separate sheet if you wish
