Is there anything in life with 100% guarantee? Perhaps compare prices with another solicitor/advisor?

There's no charge when submitting the appeal form. Keep your options open by appealing within the time limit.

hey :)
My mom is Probably Appealing.

I read about some Reconsideration Thingy. what is it?
Also, what are my chances to suceed in reconsideration? since my visa got rejected merely because of 2 reasons.

Sole Responsibility and Income thingy.

Also, the Solicitor is Charging over £2200
Do you think all this will be worth it?

we dont mind paying if the chances are positive.
what do you think?

Your chances will be positive only if you meet the requirements of the immigration category you are applying for / have applied for, and (in case of appeal) if you / your solicitor can prove to the judge that on the date of decision (of the refused application) you fulfilled all the immigration requirements as specified under the rules.

Every requirement is an important requirement - meant to be fulfilled - so "refused merely for two reasons" is not something minor that will magically disappear or be ignored. One reason is good enough to be refused!

they rejected because they wanted legal evidence to show that they are seperated.
whereas we had already mentioned in the application that that they arent legally seperated and i live with my mom's sister.
we still cant find any way out to show them the so called "legal evidence"?

also they mentioned that they were not satisfied that my father was aware of my overseas settlement.

so are they gona interview my dad?
