I sent an email to
eutreatyrights@justice.ie, and the response I received was as follows:
"If you wish to have the circumstances of your case considered by the Minister for Justice and Equality with regard to the Zambrano Judgment, you must first submit the following documentation to: INIS Repatriation Division, Department of Justice and Equality, 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.
A colour copy of the bio-data page of your child's Irish Passport.
Your child's original Birth Certificate - a copy is not acceptable.
A colour copy of the bio-data page of your own Passport.
Two colour passport sized photographs, signed on the back by you.
Documentary evidence that your Irish citizen child is living in the State.
Proof of your address and residence in Ireland (e.g. current utility bills etc).(Embedded image moved to file: pic10151.jpg)
Documentary evidence of the role you are playing in your child's life (e.g. letters from schools, crèches, etc).
Any other information that you consider relevant to your case.
In addition, you must provide the information in the Declaration on page 3 attached. Please submit the documentation and information requested within 10 working days to INIS Repatriation Division, Department of Justice and Equality, 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.
Upon receipt of such documentation and information, your position in the State vis-Ã -vis the Zambrano Judgment will be examined. You will be advised of the outcome once this examination has been completed."
