Dear All

as usual i have question

i have one Irish born son who have Irish passport now i am on Eufam 4 status and my wife is British. She is working full time and i just resigned from my job due to some reason

I was hunting for a course & cam across a institute which is Spain offering 18 months course

So my question is can i go there with my family or shall i have to apply for visa and will 18 months will effect on my naturalization application .

You can travel to Spain with your wife on your EUFAM card, i suppose you have to get Student Visa to go on for 18 months unless your wife exercise her rights (work/study/self sufficient) in Spain and you get residency in Spain on the basis of that. But being away from Ireland will have affect on your naturalisation application.
