Apology is this is been discussed before
I applied for HSMP in March 2008, got HSMP approval letter with 6 months validity in Nov 2008. Successfully applied on 31/01/2009 and got valid visa from 23/3/2009 - 22/3/2012. I'm confused at present looking at Extension guidance note on Page 10 (which I believe applies to me)
WRT to Age points, Under 28 years of age shows 20 points, bet 28-29 there is 10 points and 30-31 yrs one can claim 5 points.
Confusion is - When I go on Points calculator and punch in all details (as to when I initially and successfully applied for T1 G etc) it shows that I can claim 20 points for even being 28+ (my DOB is xx/07/83). Reading Sushdmehta's comment on THIS POST it looks as if the age points are calculated on the basis of your age at a time of initial application?
Can someone shed some light on this please?
