Tier 2 visa getting delayed

Hi
I submitted my Tier 2 visa docs on 20th April,2011. Till date I have not received any response other than that my visa is getting processed.

Any idea regarding the dates till which, the visas have been processed. I believe that the delay is due to number of vacations that were there in this period but its more than 10 working days now.

Has anybody got their Tier 2 visa recently?

Hi Mayank,

I am also sailing on the same boat. I applied on 21st of April at VFS bangalore and no updates so far. I have tried calling VFS couple of times and got a standard reply from them stating your visa application is under process at BHC.

We have no other option other than waiting. Lets hope for the best . Please lemme know when you get an update from BHC.

I've heard that people who applied on the 13/14 Apr have got their visas.

tats great. how wany working days BHC has taken for them? i mean when did they receive their passport?

I applied on 13th april and still have not received visa for my son. Where did u get information on people around 14th april getting their visa..plz confirm as I am also getting quite impatient now

I guess you are talking about the dependent and I am talking about the tier 2 work permit.

There might be a difference here.

No updates still waiting..called VFS they say it can take another week..:(

There was an update on this forum itself that a guy who had applied for a dependent visa on 18th Apr for his son, got his passport today.
