Funds reqd+Birth certificate for Tier4 Visa

Hi,
I am going to use my savings account + Fixed Deposits(which are in the name of my parents). The sum of FDs+ my savings will sufficiently cover Fess+living expense. My question is whether FDs are accepted as valid fund source or do I need to show all money as liquid.

My 2nd question: As happens in India, child's name is not decided at birth time hence birth certificate does not have child's name but only of both parents. Since my parents will sponsor me, so i need to show birth certificate as proof of relationship. I am worried that my application might get rejected since my name is not there on birth certificate even though I will get an affidavit from court stating my relationship with parents.

Please Help.

Am in same situation, In my birth certificate mother's name has been misspelled. Please let me know how do you manage to apply for your visa without Birth certificate. Have you got success in your application?

Please can Someone advice me, I could not find answers in the similar topics.
