parent visa to enter UK

first of all sorry for my english

I'm a guy from Jordan, I've been married to an english girl since nearly 3 years and we have a 2 years older and she was born in england and have the British citizenship.

My problem is that everything was fine between me and my wife and she went back and forth to england maybe 4 times before she gave birth, and she came once after having the baby and stayed for a while, and even when she left the last time everything was great between us over the phone until one day when she decided not to come back, and that was in January/2010 and i turned into a devil in her eyes even though i didnt do anything wrong at all, so she changed her phone number and her email address and stopped talking to me at all, and when ever she does is to fight.

I never saw my daughter since then not on a web cam or nothing at all and i missed her 2 birthdays, i only get some picture from a mutual friend who is her friend on facebook, i tried to contact a lawyer over there about getting her sued but they said since the child was born there and i didnt spend that much time with my baby my best chance is to get to see my kid once or twice a week (which is impossible because I live half of the world away) and tried to contact immigration experts and they said i should be contacting the embassy in Jordan which they dont answer at all, they dont let me in and they dont offer support over the phone, even when i send emails i only get an auto respond saying they will response me back in 20 working days and they dont at all.

I am really lost over this, and I am losing being with my daughter each passing day, and I dont seem to find a place to get any help over this, I have not done anything wrong, what gives the right to my wife who is weed addict to take my daughter from me this way and not to let me at least see her or be with her

This details the requirements for entry re: access to a child.

Since, I presume, your wife won't support your application - you'll need to get a UK court order giving you access to see the child.

I'm afraid that's where my knowledge runs out.
