Documents missing.

Hello everyone,

I got my tier1 general visa today morning, but the thing is there are two of my documents missing, one is accountant letter and payment summary. Is it normal that they keep documents or they forgot to send me back?

please advise...

Usually documents either addressed to UKBA or specific to them are retained and others (e.g. bank statements and payslips which are generic) are returned.
