Dependent Visa Requirements

Hi everyone,

I have got my HSMP 30 Oct 06 & extended second time as well. I am planning to get married in august this year (bride from india). Please guide me what documents do i need to submit in VFS india?

Does she need to pass english exam?

I have gone throgh the link (which you provided me). still i have some queries pls would you clear it these...

a) I am maintaining funds (£800+£533) in the UK bank. still does she need to show some funds in india? how long shall i show min term?

b)I was on HSMP (got it 30th oct'06) now i am in tier1(general). does she need to pass english exam?

c) Is it mandatory to show accomidation (tenency agreements + council tax bills + rent transactions)?

d) I will get an ILR in oct'11. as per judicial review, would she be get an ILR at the same time ? (if she is here!)

If you provide me the answers..that's much helpful.

She does not need to show any funds if you are supporting her application.

Hi Rajesh,

I have got hsmp before 7 th nov'06, jedicial review says...my dependends no need to wait 2 years to apply ILR. if my wife comes in before apply my ILR application, i think it will be okay.
Pls would you verify and let me know..am i correct or not!!

how many months i have to maintain the funds (min term)?
