Job search for IT jobs

I am planning to move to canada soon and trying to find IT job.
- Can someone please suggest good IT job websites.I know a few workopolis.com and monster.ca. Are there any other good IT job sites?
- Is the job search process same as in the US, meaning is internet a good medium OR
personally calling up recruiting agencies works better?

I think using both the net and personal contacts through agencies won't hurt. You widen your scope by doing both. Another option is to visit Canada and survey the job market as well and distribute your CV's directly with the agencies.

Posting your CV online with monster and some of the good job search websites is a start in the right direction. Good luck.
