Hello friends,
I am applying ILR under Jr (HSMP granted pre nov-06 rules).
In new Set(O) form, which box I should tick in Section B ?

"Tier 1 (General) Migrant applying under the terms of the HSMP Forum Judicial Review Policy Document"
OR
"Highly skilled migrant under the terms of HSMP ILR judicial review policy document"

Please can seniors advise....

Choose this option, as I am assuming you had HSMP before you extended your leave as Tier1.
