Hi Sushdmehta,

Thanks for the reply.

Actually according to judicial review (who came before 7th nov'2006), their dependents will be eligible to ILR with out spending 2years as normal.
My question is ...i am going to apply my ILR this oct'11. after i am planning to get married in sep'11. inthis case, will she can able to apply ILR from india VFS.
if YES, what procedure i have to follow & documentaion. still does she need to pass Life in the UK test?

your input will be more appriciated.thank you.

Once you are granted settled status, you cease to be a HSMP migrant! Therefore, from that point in time onwards none of the requirements related to HSMP migrants (or any concessions offered by HSMP JR) will apply to you and to any of your family members.

If your wife applies for entry clearance after you are granted settlement, she will need to apply as spouse of a settled person (281).

You mean, HSMP rules are not apply once i get ILR. then she has to come to come here as a dependent visa then after two years she will be eligible to apply ILR... is it correct?
