Should we cross (diagonally) and put NA for those points which are not applicable or leave blank and do not do anyting for those points?

Could anyone please share their experience?

Just to add I could not find either one mentioned on the form or in the guidance notes...

Would appreciate any response.

you can leave it blank. no need to put anything.
