Query on Maintenance funds

Hi,

Do we need to maintain the minimum funds for three months on daily basis or monthly basis?

My wife is already on dependent visa and I need to apply for my child. Do I need to show the maintenance fund for my wife as well when I am applying for my child's visa?

I would appreciate if anyone could answer the above queries.

You need to maintain funds on daily basis e.g. it should not fall below the minimum even for a single time in a day in the three months time.

You need to show funds for everyone even though they already have visa

I am currently on PSW and already applied for Tier 1 General infect already cleared Biometric and waiting for Visa,me and my Wife both Indian National My Question is.

Q1. My Baby born in UK so before he born they gave me form for Maternity exemption Certificate (for Pregnant Women to get free medication and free treatment), which i did applied in December Last year and got after a month, am I entitled for this kind of certificate or does create a problem to get Tier1. I select the box that i am not claiming benefits while I filled up my form.

Q2. After got Tier1 for me and my wife how much funds do i need to show at the time of Dependent Application for my SON. I mean when I Applied I show them £1333.00 funds maintained in my account during 90 Days. can i show £1333.00 or do i need to show them £1866.00 which is Main Applicant+ Dependent 1 +Dependent 2 =£1866.00 ( 800+533+533=1866).

Free NHS prescriptions during pregnancy- not part of public funds

you need to show for all e.g. 1866.
