How Can I take my wife and child on my business-Visa

Hello all,

I got business visa for Ireland. I will be going alone for first 3months and then I will back to India again and going again Ireland for next 3 months. In my second visit I would like to take my wife and child with me so what should I have to do for that ?

So I can start preparation regarding it.
