Saying is different acting by caseworker different,u have fine by court no ILR.

Hi Sush,

I have been searching hard but could not find a correct and straight forward definition for an unspent conviction.Can you please share if you have any?

BTW I am due for my ILR coming Jan and do not have any points on my license but these rules are making me very conscious when I drive..
